NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE

Sorry long time did not update my blog
Honestly, I am very busy lately, a lot of things I should do
Now I want to sharing about my work, I hope all of you are not boring hearing my story, Hehehe
Anw, I had to start the story from where? Hahaha XD
Okay first, During my first month working at property/Real Estate as marketing, Honestly I really enjoyed it and I learned many things from here
Many knowledge I learned, especially my senior who taught and guided me until now (Philip, Chandra Ciek, n Etc) I learn lots from Them
At first I was very nervous to talk to Customer, but later they taught me all, How to communicate with customers well, How to Follow-up customer, How to calculate the installment house, and always friendly and humble n NO NERVOUS
And Finally i succeed sell two houses in my first month job, I am very happy and proud of it
Whereas before i think its too difficult to sell homes

My University ?

I have a plan to study in Australia, Why i choose Australia?
Because I want to look for new experiences there, Trying to live independently, and certainly how the school system there, And some other reason, (I can not tell here) Ahahahaha XD
At first, my plan at month 9 is already set off there,
But my parents especially my father, He said if I was not allowed to go there this year, 2011
At first I was very disappointed,
Why? In my heart saying
But after my father spoke to me why I should not go this year, I began to understand
I understand very well
There are several reasons why my father postpone me to go there
The First reason, because my father believed this year the year that is not good for me to go abroad, because I am 19 years old, In Chinese, it is not good

( My father believed myth / Chinese tradition like that )
The Second reason, because I can not bear to leave my parents alone, my brother and sister also lectures abroad, No one take care of them
Maybe I should accompany and take care of them until I actually leave
This is also for my future
After a long talk, my dad told me if I was allowed me to go after 2012, probably around March 2012.
Probably too long, but I try to understand,

Maybe March 2012 I had already left

But most of all, please always keep my parents, I pray that they are always healthy and long life, Amitofo:) God, Please Take care of my parents, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH

Interview

Heyyy , What up bloggerss? How are you ? Fine? Ahahaha
I want to told something about my interview , Around 1 Week ago, i have a interview in Bursa Properti Company,
Honestly, I am so nervous. It was the first time i went through a interview
Can you imagine when you sit and your Big boss in front of you, Giving you a lot of Question, And blablablabla, With a serious face, Whahaha
Cold Sweat you know !
You must answer it well, But it was upside down with me T.T
I give a lot of wrong answer. WTH -.-
I am sure i will be rejected , And its TRUE
Honestly, I really want got the Job, I am so enthusiastic to learn about Property and Real Estate . But it already Failed , Huff
and a few day later, I get a calls from TransManagement Company, The company also moving in Property , Real Estate and Developer.
They said i must have a interview on 1 june .
Wohoo, I am very Very excited, Maybe this is the second Chance to me
I must do very well this time , I dont want to throw away this second chance again . I know Oportunity never come for third times
Anddd Chreng Chreng Chreng ....
I Accepted
This is my first Experience :))
Directly i have a meeting and Briefing with my manager
We are team
I want to learn about mechanisms of Property for 9 or 10 month before i went abroad

Why i am so interested in the field of property? Why? Why?
Still dont know
I will looking for the answer soon

FAREWELL PARTY

Yesterday is my our school farewell Party , Very awesome party ! Hahaha, We have a party at RIA RESTAURANT, This year SMP and SMA is combined , So many people coming, Very Crowded, Hehehe

First Job

Guyss , Sorry long time did not update my blog :)

Now I've already got some jobs.
I become teacher, Teacher for primary students ! Hahahaha :)
Now I just know that it is hard to be a teacher. Moreover the students are very naughty =="
But now I am able to make some money by myself
Cause i dont want to burden my parent too much
I think that's all for this time.

3 Consecutive Wins

Ohh yeahh, Yesterday I've basketball match with SMAN 5 School

What a great match !

But there are several incident that make the games marred

Lets see the referee, Seems Not FAIR

Too pro foe team

So many fouls that the foe team make But the referee didnt count it

Its Very Harmfull for my team

Incompetent Referee ==

Nevertheless, My team is still the Winner :))

The score is 41-39

And you know, I Scorers Last Score and Bring my team to win Though his time to only 10 seconds longer
